2. Consultation, Bookings & Cancellations
Due to tight availability, all initial bookings require a free online intake meeting. To cancel or reschedule an approved appointment without forfeit fees, a strict 24-hour advance cancellation notification is required.
3. Portal Access & Accounts
Purchases of online portal courses unlock individual student/client study spaces. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Abuse, comments spamming, or account sharing will trigger instant, non-refundable account suspensions.
